1. Why do you want/need to become healthier? I want to lose weight to feel better about myself, to have less pain in my back and knees, and to just be more comfortable.
2. How much do you want to lose or have already lost? I have lost lots in my life. Right now I would like to lose about 250 lbs. at least.
3. How long have you been overweight? Since I was about 14 and I'm 31 now.
4. Do you have someone(s)who are supporting your healthier lifestyle? My parents, sometimes my husband
5. Have you had or ever considered having weight loss surgery? I almost had it but chickened out the morning I was to get it done. I had a breakdown and was hysterical because I was so scared.
6. Do you exercise or following an exercise plan and what do you do? I am going to start off walking 15 minutes at lunch time and work up to 30 each day.
7. What diet plan are you currently following? I am starting the "New Lifestyle Diet" tomorrow (Monday)
8. If you feel comfortable please tell us your weight and size. (No one will judge you.) I am 5'8.5" and weigh about 440 lbs. (My highest ever was 485.)
